Server Status

We monitor all our servers from 4 distinct geographical area’s every minute of every day. If a server is down we know it and begin to take immediate action to correct it. We will post all server status details on the blog. If you wish to be notified of issues you can subscribe to our RSS. You can view our current or past issues posted on the blog.

Submit a Ticket

If your stuck and can not find an answer in our Getting Started Guides or through our Community Wiki you can submit a ticket to our Help Desk. Staff are available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST (excluding Holidays) to answer support questions.
